Exploring the history-rich attractions of the Historic Triangle—including Colonial Williamsburg, Historic Jamestowne and Historic Yorktown—are also a must do while in the area, but particularly as 250th festivities are occurring. Consider taking one of the many amazing tours available or visiting an immersive museum such as the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown or Jamestown Settlement, or perusing one of Greater Williamsburg’s impressive art museums like the Muscarelle Museum of Art. Experiencing historical reenactments or demonstrations are also excellent ways to soak in the deep history of the region. On a lighter note, keep a lookout for selfie stations set up throughout the Historic Triangle and capture a photo of the fun you are having participating in 250th-related events!
