The salt cave creates a microclimate that is rich in minerals, including sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, bromine and iodine. Relax in a cozy recliner during this 45-minute session, as you breath in the air saturated with these beneficial minerals.

Float Tank

Become weightless as you float in the Williamsburg Salt Spa’s float tank. The water, kept at a warm 94.5°F, is saturated with the purest-quality salt. The salt water will support you, meaning you will not need any physical energy to maintain your position in the tank.

Infrared Sauna

Another one of Williamsburg Salt Spa’s innovative spa treatments is the infrared sauna. The Solocarbon 3-in-1 provides all three infrared wavelengths in one place. Near infrared, mid infrared and far infrared rays penetrate the skin’s surface to promote skin renewal, cell health, wound healing, tissue growth and more.

Massages
