Danny Pudi presents Running
A new film written by Danny Pudi, Running follows Danny as he sets out to uncover the story of his estranged father. Piecing together mementos, stories from his dad’s old friends, and hard conversations with his mother, Pudi starts on a mission to solve the puzzle of his father and finds himself instead on a complex, funny, and vulnerable journey of self-discovery and acceptance.

About Danny Pudi
Danny Pudi is an actor with a wide range of experience in film, television and on stage. He currently stars in AppleTV+’s Mythic Quest. Danny’s break-out role was on the critically acclaimed series Community on NBC and Yahoo, which earned him a “Best Supporting Actor in a comedy” nomination at the Critics’ Choice Awards. Other notable tv credits include Disney’s DuckTales (Huey), DC Comics’ Powerless for Warner Brothers/NBC, TBS’ The Guest Book, TruTV’s Misfits and Monsters, and FX’s Better Things. In film, Pudi can be seen in Walt Disney Pictures’ Flora and Ulysses, Warner Brothers’ Good Girls Get High, independent features The Tiger Hunter and Babysplitters, American Dreamer opposite Peter Dinklage, and Corner Office opposite Jon Hamm. On stage, Danny’s credits include Shabash!, an evening of South Asian Theatre at Lincoln Center (2018), the Off-Broadway musical Found (Atlantic Theatre), and Huck & Holden (LA’s, Black Dahlia Theatre).
