Battle of the Capes: The British Navy, and the Sunken Fleet

This tour will take you to the banks of the York River where we will discuss the valuable port of Yorktown. On September 5, the dramatic Battle at the Virginia Capes helped secure victory for the Allied Army. The tour will conclude with a discussion of the British ships that sunk to the bottom of the river.
