Christmas at Busch Gardens Williamsburg
The holiday season shines brightest during Christmas Town at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. From Nov. 16 through Jan. 5, Christmas Town will feature 10 million twinkling lights as the park is transformed into a winter wonderland. The whole family will love the festive holiday décor, entertaining themed shows and much more during this celebration.

Christmas at Colonial Williamsburg
Colonial Williamsburg kicks off the holiday season on Sunday, Dec. 8 with the Grand Illumination. Visit Colonial Williamsburg for a full day of special events culminating in a spectacular firework show. Take part in an array of events and activities happening at Colonial Williamsburg to celebrate the Grand Illumination.

Christmas in Williamsburg
Yankee Candle Village will transform into a winter wonderland for the holiday season. The shopping destination will have daily visits from Santa throughout November and December. Mark your calendar for the tree lighting on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Find all of your Christmas decorations year-round at The Christmas Mouse. This store, located on Richmond Road, boasts over 28,000 ornaments, collectibles and accessories that will complement your Christmas décor.
Visit Merchants Square in Colonial Williamsburg where the Liberty Ice Pavilion returns for another year. This popular holiday attraction begins Friday, Nov. 22. Go ice skating with your friends and family, or simply sip a hot beverage and enjoy the live entertainment.
Christmas in Yorktown
Yorktown celebrates the Christmas season with a variety of events throughout the month of December.
Beginning the first weekend of December, watch the Yorktown Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, Dec. 6 at Victory Monument. The Fifes & Drums of York Town will perform and lead a procession to the waterfront. On Saturday, come out to Yorktown’s historic Main Street for the Christmas Market on Main. Then, stick around for the Lighted Boat Parade at the Yorktown Waterfront. On Sunday, York Hall will host cookies with Santa, a chance for children to get their photos taken with Santa and read him their Christmas lists.
Saturday, Dec. 14, enjoy a special event part of Yorktown Market Days. At 9 a.m., support your local growers and makers at the Riverwalk Landing market. Then, in the afternoon, the Toyland Parade kicks off. Kids will love the arts and crafts, face painting and family-friendly music. At 1:30 p.m., Santa makes his way down the Riverwalk.

Christmas at Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown
Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown will give visitors a look at the Christmas traditions of the 17th and 18th centuries during Christmastide in Virginia. From Dec. 20–31, learn about these traditions through interpretive programs and demonstrations. There will be live entertainment at both museums and an appearance by the Lord of Misrule at Jamestown Settlement.

Christmas at Historic Jamestowne
Historic Jamestowne celebrates the holiday season with the “At Christmas Be Merry” event. On Saturday, Dec. 14, this special evening program invites visitors to join in as Virginia’s governor during 1620 hosts a seasonal Christmas celebration.
